Residence Hoche - Le Pre-Saint-Gervais

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was great, and my room was spacious, bright, and modern. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station. The staff treated me with utmost kindness and were always ready to assist.

The breakfast selection could have been better, maybe with a wider variety of options.

We had bright and cosy room with smoke detectors. The location was great close to metro. And it was also next to Paris and Hoche station which is a direct line to Gare du Nord.

Perfectly fine place, I appreciated kind personnel.

The rooms were newly furnished and bright, equipped with an electric kettle, an individual safe, and a work desk. Street view was a pleasant bonus. The location of the property was absolutely perfect, close to metro. It was also very close to Hoche station which is a direct line to Gare du Nord, and Gare du Nord;))

I greatly enjoyed the place; it was fairly clean. the staff were kind. - the location was unbeatable and marvelous, at a moderate distance from a public park. - An underground station was located close to the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices. The attention to detail is evident in the cosy and decently furnished rooms. The staff provides excellent service and is very friendly. Basic amenities, such as a kettle for coffee/tea in the room, are a nice touch.

No air conditioning, but they did provide a fan.

We had a cozy little room with a newly refurbished bathroom at Residence Hoche. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed with reading lights for convenience. The hotel felt secure and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient, with the metro station just a 2-minute walk away.

The area where the hotel is located didn’t feel safe and there was no 24-hour reception. We had an unpleasant experience returning from the metro at night.

Everything is what i need and want.

The guestrooms at Residence Hoche are so cozy and comfortable, you won't want to leave! The premium bedding is like sleeping on a cloud, and the free WiFi is fast and reliable. I loved having a desk in the room, perfect for catching up on emails or planning my day. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing in the evening. Plus, the private bathroom with a rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries made me feel pampered. Oh, and there was even an electric kettle in my single room, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the morning. Each guestroom is individually furnished, giving it a unique charm.

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV in the room to be a bit small. However, I understand that others might still enjoy it.

We had a great stay at a newly renovated hotel. the room was so clean and modern, it felt brand new. the bathroom, while small, was beautiful and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and we'll happily come back. The owners were also very nice and accommodating. Cons: Can't fault anything about it. 😊.
